Shining A Light in the Darkness of Abuse |
Your women’s ministry team would like to invite all women to attend a dinner and program centered around the pervasive problem of abuse. At this event we will hear from Andrea Groenewald M.Div., RMFT, CTC, our own Kathi Williams and from several representatives of support groups from our community. We long to shed light on this difficult topic and spread hope, which is the light of Christ, into the darkness that surrounds abuse.
We will meet here at Calvary
on April 24th
at 6 pm, with the program ending at 9:30.
Cost is $10/person.

Group Description: Don't conform. Transform. Romans 12:2 says, "Don't become so well adjusted to your culture that you fit into it without even thinking." This LifeGroup experience is open to all adults, and is a 13-week, video based small group program that teaches families how to beat debt, build wealth, and give like never before. This is a must for "every" family, but especially for young adults, young couples, and young families. You won't want to miss it! Child care will be provided. We are looking for people to help with the children's Easter program.
The program will be offered on Wednesday night, Thursday night and Friday morning during the adult Easter programs as well as on the Palm Sunday and Easter Sunday.
